1. Eligibility Requirements

Participation in Draw List Lotto charity raffle is subject to the following eligibility criteria:

  • Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of ticket purchase
  • Participants must be legal residents of Ontario, Canada
  • Employees, directors, and immediate family members of Draw List Lotto and its affiliated organizations are not eligible to participate
  • Only individuals may purchase tickets; corporate or business purchases are not permitted
  • Valid government-issued identification may be required for prize claims

2. Ticket Purchase Guidelines

All ticket purchases are subject to the following terms:

  • Tickets may only be purchased through authorized sellers or official channels designated by Draw List Lotto
  • Each ticket purchase represents one entry into the scheduled draw
  • Maximum purchase limits may be imposed to ensure fair and equitable participation
  • All ticket sales are final; no refunds will be issued except as required by law
  • Tickets must be purchased before the official draw date and time
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets cannot be replaced
  • Photocopies or digital images of tickets are not valid for prize claims

3. Draw Procedures

The raffle draw is conducted according to the following procedures:

  • The draw will take place on the date and time specified in official communications
  • All draws are conducted in a public venue or through a transparent process observable by independent witnesses
  • An independent auditor or witness may be present to verify the fairness of the draw
  • The draw will proceed even if all tickets are not sold, unless otherwise stated in official communications
  • Draw results are final and binding; no appeals or disputes will be entertained except in cases of verifiable error
  • Random number generation or mechanical draw methods are used to ensure fairness

4. Prize Information

Prize awards are subject to the following conditions:

  • All prizes will be awarded as described in official promotional materials
  • Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded; no cash substitutions
  • Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or additional costs associated with prize acceptance
  • Prize values are approximate and may vary based on market conditions
  • Unclaimed prizes may be redistributed or donated to charity at the discretion of Draw List Lotto

5. Winner Notification & Verification

Winners will be notified and verified according to these procedures:

  • Winners will be contacted using the contact information provided at the time of ticket purchase
  • Winners must respond within 30 days of initial notification or forfeit their prize
  • Valid government-issued photo identification is required to claim prizes
  • Winners may be required to sign a declaration of eligibility and liability release
  • Draw List Lotto reserves the right to publicly announce winners' names and cities of residence
  • Winners may be required to participate in promotional activities (photographs, testimonials, etc.) without additional compensation

6. Organizer Responsibilities

Draw List Lotto commits to the following responsibilities:

  • Conduct all raffle activities in full compliance with AGCO regulations and Ontario law
  • Maintain transparent financial records of all ticket sales and prize distributions
  • Ensure that all proceeds, after prize costs and reasonable administrative expenses, are directed to charitable purposes
  • Provide fair and equitable treatment to all participants
  • Protect participant personal information in accordance with privacy laws
  • Respond to participant inquiries and concerns in a timely manner

7. Use of Proceeds

This raffle is conducted solely for charitable purposes:

  • All net proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to registered charitable organizations
  • A detailed financial report may be made available upon request after the conclusion of the raffle
  • Administrative expenses will be kept to a minimum and within regulatory limits
  • No individual or organization will profit personally from this raffle

8. Limitation of Liability

Participants acknowledge and agree to the following limitations:

  • Draw List Lotto is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries
  • Technical malfunctions, system errors, or force majeure events may result in cancellation or postponement
  • In the event of cancellation, ticket holders may receive refunds at the organizer's discretion
  • Participation is at the participant's own risk; Draw List Lotto is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this raffle are subject to:

  • The laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein
  • The exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario
  • Good faith negotiation and mediation before legal action
  • Final and binding decisions made by AGCO in matters of regulatory compliance

10. Amendments & Modifications

Draw List Lotto reserves the right to:

  • Modify these rules and regulations with appropriate notice to participants
  • Cancel or postpone the raffle in the event of insufficient ticket sales, force majeure, or regulatory requirements
  • Make minor administrative changes that do not materially affect participants' rights

11. Responsible Gaming Commitment

Draw List Lotto is committed to responsible gaming practices:

  • We encourage participants to play responsibly and within their means
  • Resources for gambling support and counseling are available on our Responsible Gaming page
  • We do not target minors or vulnerable populations in our marketing
  • Participants showing signs of problem gambling may be refused service

12. Privacy & Data Protection

Participant information is handled according to our Privacy Policy:

  • Personal information is collected only for raffle administration purposes
  • Data is stored securely and not shared with third parties except as required by law
  • Participants may request access to or correction of their personal information
  • We comply fully with PIPEDA and Ontario privacy legislation
