How the Draw Takes Place

Our draws are conducted with complete transparency and fairness, in accordance with AGCO regulations and Ontario law. Here's what you can expect:

Public Venue

All draws take place in a public venue with members of the community invited to observe. This ensures transparency and builds trust in the fairness of our process.

Independent Witnesses

Independent witnesses and potentially an auditor are present during the draw to verify that all procedures are followed correctly and that the draw is conducted fairly.

Random Selection

Winners are selected using a certified random number generator or mechanical draw system. Every ticket has an equal chance of winning, and the process is verifiable.

Important Notice: The draw will proceed as scheduled even if all tickets are not sold. All valid tickets purchased before the closing time will be entered into the draw.

Winner Announcements

Winners are announced promptly following the draw through multiple channels to ensure they are notified quickly and to maintain transparency with all participants.

  • Website: Winners' names and cities will be posted on this page within 24 hours of the draw
  • Direct Contact: Winners will be contacted directly using the phone number and/or email provided at ticket purchase
  • Social Media: Winner announcements will be shared on our official social media channels
  • Email Newsletter: Subscribers will receive an email notification with draw results

How to Claim Your Prize

If you are selected as a winner, please follow these steps to claim your prize:

  1. Respond Promptly: You must respond to our initial contact within 30 days of notification
  2. Provide Identification: Valid government-issued photo ID is required (driver's license, passport, etc.)
  3. Verify Your Ticket: You must present your original ticket for verification
  4. Sign Documentation: You may be required to sign a winner's affidavit and liability release
  5. Arrange Prize Delivery: Work with our team to arrange convenient prize delivery or pickup
Prize Claim Deadline: Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of winner notification. Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited and donated to charity or redistributed in a subsequent draw.
